The NRA will also track the tenants' data and send their monthly house rent and bills through SMS as well as automatically update their NRA portals in a timely manner. Some of the services the tenants will enjoy under the new system include making their payments via the efficient mobile money system and receiving feedback via a short message service (SMS). All future payments of house rent should be done through NRS for ease of compliance," read the notice in part.
